## Step-by-Step Guide to Creating or Joining Private Matches
### **Creating a Private Match**
1. **Choose "Create Private Match"**
* In the server list, turn it into a **Private Match** by selecting the **Type**.
2. **Customize Your Match Settings**
* **Map:** Select the map where the match will take place.
* **Game Mode:** Choose the game mode you want to play.
* **Team Size:** Decide on the number of players per team, ranging from 5v5 to 1v1.
3. **Receive and Share the Access Code—** Upon creating the match, you will receive an **Access Code**. Share this code with others who you want to invite to the match.
4. **Invite Players**
* Alternatively, you can use your friends list to directly send invitations to specific players you have added in Alternates or from your Epic Games account.
### **Joining a Private Match**
1. **Choose "Join Private Match"**
* In the server list, select the match which you would like to join.
2. **Enter the Access Code**
* Input the **Access Code** provided to the match creator to join the private match.
3. **Join the Match**
* Once the code is entered, you will be placed in the match lobby.
