3D Model Character Integration

Alternates has successfully integrated 3D models of Bored Apes and CloneX characters into the game as playable avatars. This process involved obtaining permission from the NFT owners, ensuring that their individual assets could be seamlessly transferred into our game's ecosystem. We showcased this capability to leading influencers and community role models, demonstrating how they could see their own NFTs brought to life in-game.

We are building a system that will allow many more communities to see their NFTs integrated as fully customizable characters in the game. Holders of these NFTs will have the opportunity to see their specific assets translated into unique, in-game avatars.

Example: The owner of a Bored Ape NFT granted permission for their Ape to become a playable character in Alternates, complete with all its custom traits and accessories. Similarly, a CloneX NFT was brought in as a character with its distinct visual features intact, showcasing the flexibility of integrating external NFT collections.
